| I. Background | |
| IL-17 家族是一個(gè)包含 6 種細胞因子的家族，包括 IL-17A、IL-17B、IL-17C、IL-17D、 IL-17E（也稱(chēng) IL-25）和 IL-17F。其中 IL-17A 是促炎信號的關(guān)鍵驅動(dòng)因子，由輔助性 T17 （Th17）細胞分泌，在自身免疫疾病中起著(zhù)重要作用。該家族細胞因子在免疫反應和炎癥 中發(fā)揮作用，并可能通過(guò)激活多種通路來(lái)介導信號轉導。IL17 受體家族包含 5 個(gè)成員（IL- 17RA 至 RE），其中 IL-17RA 是通用亞基，與配體特異性亞基（IL-17RB 結合 IL-25、IL- 17RC 結合 IL-17A/F、IL-17RE 結合 IL-17C）形成異源二聚體復合物。 IL-25，也稱(chēng)為 IL-17E，在免疫系統中扮演著(zhù)復雜的雙重角色。作為 2 型免疫核心驅動(dòng) 因子，主要由黏膜上皮細胞分泌，通過(guò)激活 ILC2 細胞和 Th2 細胞，誘導 IL-4/IL-5/IL-13 釋 放，介導抗蠕蟲(chóng)免疫、過(guò)敏反應（如哮喘嗜酸粒細胞浸潤）及組織修復（杯狀細胞增生）。 其過(guò)度活化是過(guò)敏性鼻炎、特應性皮炎的核心病理機制。 |
