TREM2 是免疫球蛋白超家族的單次跨膜受體，主要表達于巨噬細胞、未成熟單核細胞 衍生的樹(shù)突狀細胞、破骨細胞和小膠質(zhì)細胞上。TREM2 包含免疫球蛋白 V 型結構的胞外 域、跨膜域和沒(méi)有信號傳導基序的短胞內結構域。它通過(guò) DNAX 激活蛋白 10 和 12 （DAP10 和 DAP12）發(fā)出信號。單個(gè) TREM2 分子可以同時(shí)與 DAP10 和 DAP12 相互作用。 |
