背景

      無(wú)創(chuàng )產(chǎn)前檢測技術(shù)(Noninvasive Prenatal Test，NIPT)是一種根據孕婦血漿中胎兒來(lái)源的游離DNA(cell-free DNA)信息來(lái)篩查常見(jiàn)的非整倍體染色體異常的方法。該篩查具有高準確性，對21-三體、18-三體和13-三體的檢出率分別為99%、97%和91%，并且可以進(jìn)行部分微缺失微重復的篩查。假陽(yáng)性率非常低，在1%以下。
